The AppChain configurator helps outline the ideal blockchain for an app, streamlining the building process. Although specifications aren't fixed, builders gain better understanding of their options. Creating a New AppChain

To create a new AppChain, follow these steps:

1. On Ankr’s home page hover over the Products tab.

2. Navigate to the "AppChains" product.

3. Click on "Build Now".

From here you will be able to customize your project based on your needs through the Configurator.

If you are unsure of the specifications needed for your project, no need to worry. The Ankr team will meet with you in the next step to answer any questions and provide expert guidance based on the unique needs of your decentralized application.

Customizing Your AppChain

Once you have created clicked on 'Build Now', you can customize settings, such as type of DApp, mother chain, etc.

1. Adjust the consensus mechanism, network validators, and other settings as needed.

2. Save your changes.
