 Create a New Ankr Account

The first step is to create your new Ankr account:

  1. Start by connecting your ETH wallet address or Google Auth address:

    1. For ETH wallets…

      1. Switch to the correct wallet for the new account setup.

      2. Ensure your wallet is connected to Ethereum Mainnet.

    2. For Google Auth…

      1. Navigate to accounts.google.com and login with your Google Auth email address.

  2. Head to the RPC Homepage and click on the Sign Up button.

  3. Select your preferred option between Continue with ETH Wallet and Continue with Google.

  4. Follow the registration process to create your new Ankr account.

  5. Make sure to take note of the ETH address or Google Auth email associated with your new account.

Verify Ownership of Both Accounts

To establish ownership of both the old and new accounts, please collect the following information:

  1. Old Account Information:

    • Google Auth email - OR - ETH address associated with your old account.

    • Credit balance as of today’s date.

  2. New Account Information:

    • Google Auth email - OR - ETH address associated with your new account.

Verification Steps

  1. Log in to your old Ankr account.

  2. From the sidebar, select Billing.

  3. Capture a screenshot of this page that displays your credit balance and login credential.

  4. Click on the Account tab (where your ETH/Google Auth address is shown) and select Disconnect.

  5. Log in to your new Ankr account using the new credentials.

  6. Take a screenshot your account dashboard with the Google Auth address or ETH address displayed.

Submitting the Verification

  1. Compose an email to our End User Support team at support@ankr.com.

  2. Use the subject line: “Account Verification and Migration Request”

  3. Clearly state your request to transfer the credits from the old account to the new account.

  4. Provide the details requested from Step 2:

    1. Old Account Information:

      • Google Auth email - OR - ETH address associated with your old account.

      • Credit balance as of today’s date.

    2. New Account Information:

      • Google Auth email - OR - ETH address associated with your new account.

  5. Attach the screenshots from Step 3 for both the old and new accounts.
