  4. A clear understanding of your credit balance referenced on your account’s Billing page.

02 Steps to Request a Credit Withdrawal

2.1 Confirm Account Credentials

To initiate the credit withdrawal request, please provide the following information to confirm your account details:

  • ETH Wallet Address: If you connect an ETH wallet to login, please provide the wallet address associated with your Ankr account; OR,

  • Google Auth Email Address: If you login with Google, please provide the email address associated with your Google Authenticate account.

2.2 Provide Transaction Information

To ensure the legitimacy of your withdrawal request, you’ll need to provide transaction information based on your top-up method. Please select the applicable method below:

Method A: Top-up with USD

If you topped up your account balance with USD, provide the following details:

  • First and Last Name

  • Account Email Address

  • Transaction Date

  • Last 4 Digits of Payment Card

  • Billing Zip Code

Method B: Top-up with ANKR

If you topped up your account balance with ANKR, provide the following details:

  • Transaction Hash (TxHash) associated with your ANKR purchase

Notice Regarding Credit Withdrawals
For your request to be considered, the transaction information you provide must:

  1. Refer to a transaction placed within the last 30 days.

  2. Be approximately equal to the associated credit balance.

USD-Credit Calculation: $1.00 USD = 10,000,000 Credits
Example: "I am requesting to withdraw 350 million credits."

  • USD Calculation: [350,000,000 / 10,000,000] = $35.00

    • If I topped up with USD, I should provide transaction information associated with a transaction amounting to $35.00 USD.

    • If I topped up with ANKR tokens, I should provide a transaction hash representing an ANKR purchase approximately equal to $35.00 USD.

2.3 Verify Credit Balance

To verify your credit balance, please follow these steps:

  1. Head to the RPC Service homepage and click Sign Up to connect your account.

  2. Once you’ve connected, navigate to the Billing page in the sidebar.

  3. Take a screenshot of the Billing page, clearly showing your credit balance and login credential.

  4. Save the screenshot to submit with your credit withdrawal request.

2.4 Submitting the Request

Once you have gathered all the required information, you are ready to submit your credit withdrawal request. Please compose an email to our End User Support team at support@ankr.com or reply to your existing support ticket with the following details included:

  1. Account Verification: Provide your confirmed ETH wallet address or Google Auth email address.

  2. Transaction Information: Include the relevant transaction details based on your top-up method.

  3. Credit Balance Confirmation: Attach the screenshot displaying your credit balance.
